First Horizon Bank

Work with various departments both corporately and regionally to help facilitate, organize, plan, document and finalize work requirements to support the sales and/or company branding needs through development and management of marketing communication strategies, tactics, and/or creation and implementation of internal and external marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Develops marketing goals, branding, plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services.
• Plans and oversees the organization’s advertising and promotion activities. Communicates with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns, and works with writers and artists and oversees copywriting, design, layout, paste-up, and production of promotional materials.
• Works with appropriate senior leadership within the strategic budgeting process, prepares marketing budget to fund planned tactics that will attain desired strategic goals, and tracking and adjusting spending to ensure a balanced budget annually.
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications Include

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentations to senior management
• Resourceful self-starter
• Detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem solving abilities
• Strong organization, planning, and follow-through skills
• Team player with highest level of integrity, maturity, and an exceptional work ethic
• Excellent PC skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
