We are now expanding our operations into the US and looking for a Marketing Manager to support the success of EO in the US!

 

This role is a stand alone role (for now) and would have to be creative and resourceful without managing a team or a big budget.

 

About the Role:

 

MUST HAVE FLEET/EV EXPERIENCE

 

As the B2B Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving brand awareness, develop and execute strategic B2B marketing campaigns to achieve our ambitious growth goals within the EV space.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Brand Awareness:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand awareness strategy for the company’s fleet electrification solutions within the target B2B market.
  • Manage and execute thought leadership initiatives to establish the company as a leading expert in the EV industry.
  • Oversee public relations efforts to secure positive media coverage and industry recognition for the company’s EV offerings.

Campaign Performance and Optimization:

  • Track and measure marketing performance using key metrics for EV-related campaigns and report on progress regularly.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in EV marketing to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Content Strategy and Management:

  • Manage and develop content marketing strategy for fleet electrification solutions (e.g., white papers, case studies, blog posts).
  • Develop high-quality content that educates, engages, and converts target audiences in the EV industry.

Partnerships and Relationships:

  • Build strong relationships with key partners and industry influencers within the EV space to expand brand reach and generate new business opportunities for EV solutions.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the marketing budget for EV-related campaigns, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Develop and present marketing budget proposals aligned with business objectives.

About You:

  • A seasoned B2B marketing professional with 5+ years of experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience developing and managing marketing budgets.
  • A passion for cleantech and a strong understanding of the electric vehicle (EV) industry with experience in fleet electrification preferred.
  • A proactive and results-oriented individual with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
