Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our financial products and services.
- Manage the marketing team to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.
- Oversee conference attendance and sponsorship.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including daily digital social media posts, email campaigns, print collateral, and advertisements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with sales and product development teams to create compelling campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and media contacts.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies using the latest techniques.
- Strong understanding of financial structures and products.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, SEO, and digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
