EOS Hospitality
Working with the EOS Corporate Marketing team and the hotel General Managers, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hotel’s brand and services. This role involves working closely with external PR and digital agencies to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of driving brand awareness and achieving revenue goals.
This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the hotel group’s business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Define target markets and develop positioning strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Collaboration With Agencies
- Liaise with PR agency to manage public relations efforts, including press releases, media relations, and event planning.
- Coordinate with digital agency to create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Ensure that all marketing materials and campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines and messaging.
Campaign Management
- Oversee the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and achieving ROI targets.
Content Development
- Work with internal teams and external partners to develop high-quality content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email newsletters, and print materials.
- Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with the brand voice.
Brand Management
- Maintain and enhance the hotel’s brand image through consistent messaging and visual identity.
- Develop and implement initiatives to increase brand loyalty and customer engagement.
- Monitor brand perception and respond to feedback from guests and stakeholders.
Event Marketing
- Plan and execute marketing strategies for hotel events and promotions.
- Collaborate with event planners and operations teams to ensure successful event execution.
- Utilize events as a platform to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel management, partners, and vendors.
- Communicate marketing plans and performance to senior management and other internal teams.
Reporting And Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and market trends.
- Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
