Do you want to leverage your marketing expertise to ensure a smooth customer transition, improve lead acquisition and redefine how Awin is viewed as an affiliate marketing platform in North America?
We’re seeking a highly-motivated and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our critical platform upgrade project from ShareASale to Awin.
In this unique role, you will have a strong focus on increasing Awin’s brand presence and positioning in North America. You’ll do this by encouraging product adoption through crafted targeted assets across multiple marketing channels that empower our current customers and entice prospects. You’ll get to champion diverse marketing initiatives, drawing on your product and communication marketing skills to bridge the gap between platform features and customer and prospect benefits. You’ll also leverage your project management expertise to lead the marketing aspects of the upgrade, ensuring a seamless experience for prospects, customers and our internal teams.
This role is perfect for you if you’re a product marketing manager with experience in a tech/SaaS organization, or a generalist marketer with a background in content, communications, or brand strategy.
You’ll be a part of our dynamic international marketing team under the of our Global Marketing Strategist. You’ll be collaborating closely with the global marketing team as well as client services, product, technology, sales and leadership members across the wider business.

Eligible states are: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Illinois, Wisconsin, Virginia and Indiana
Key Tasks
- Develop and manage the overall marketing project plan for the platform upgrade. This includes setting timelines, managing resources, tracking progress, and ensuring all marketing activities are aligned with the overall project goals.
- Craft compelling content (e.g., FAQs, blog posts, webinars) that educates prospects and customers about the Awin platform and upgrade process, highlighting the advantages and benefits.
- Develop targeted communication and messaging that effectively addresses concerns and drives awareness/adoption of the Awin platform.
- Develop clear and concise communication strategies to keep internal and external stakeholders informed throughout the process
- Collaborate with the wider business to align Awin products with customer / prospect needs, developing market-leading propositions.
- Ensure accurate collateral updates preventing duplications and identify gaps in collateral where more should be created.
- Analyze marketplace trends, customer / prospect feedback and data to ensure a customer-centric approach in all marketing campaigns.
- Create compelling messaging and content to engage target audiences. Contribute to content production, coordinating its creation as required, such as case studies, interviews, sales presentations, etc.
- Create product assets segmented by features and Awin plans that internal teams can use for external awareness, education, acquisition and cross/upselling
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of company products so you can translate technical details into benefits
Skills & Expertise
- 8+ years relevant marketing experience at marketing manager level
- Experience nurturing customers from first touch through to last through targeted marketing and communications based on needs
- Track record of combining creative ideas with data-driven content
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt messaging to the reader
- Ability to report on all activity with precision and confidence
- Experience working with sales, client management, product and content creation
- Affiliate industry and network knowledge a bonus
- Someone who is dedicated, reliable and takes initiative.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, set timelines, delegate tasks, and track progress.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing techniques.
- Proven ability to collaborate successfully with internal and external key stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a knack for crafting compelling marketing messages.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Remains calm under pressure and can manage multiple tasks at once
