Heilind, a global distributor of electronic components, is seeking a Supplier Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in fostering strong supplier relationships and developing effective marketing campaigns that showcase our suppliers’ products through Heilind’s marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing marketing campaigns, including budgets, designing targeted product campaigns, and delivering impactful ROI analytics to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust relationships with suppliers to ensure alignment of marketing objectives and business goals.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote supplier products across relevant applications and industries.
- Collaborate with suppliers to establish and manage annual budgets for co-op marketing initiatives.
- Identify and target essential products, applications, and industries for campaign development, ensuring alignment with market demands and business strategy.
- Collect, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance metrics, focusing on ROI and other key indicators to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Present analytical reports and ROI assessments to suppliers during quarterly meetings to demonstrate campaign value and strategize future marketing efforts.
- Work closely with the Business Unit Marketing Director and other team members to ensure cohesive marketing strategies that integrate supplier and company objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to improve marketing strategies and tactics continuously.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for experience in supplier relations, developing product marketing campaigns, and B2B marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to effectively report on campaign results and trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing partners and internal teams.
