We help others understand and use trees as a solution to global issues (like air quality, water quality, climate change, deforestation, poverty, and hunger) that are critical to survival.
The Arbor Day Foundation is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to support our Corporate Partnerships team. You will play a k ey role in creating sales and training materials, implementing continuous improvements to our marketing efforts and thinking creatively to increase the exposure of the programs we execute with our partners.
You Have:
- Passion. For the Foundation’s mission, nature, environmental stewardship, and people.
- Experience . Our ideal candidate has experience in sales enablement, marketing, communications or a related role.
- Creative mindset. You have designed training materials, presentations, e-learning content and are proficient in PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
- Strong project management skills. You can manage multiple tasks and meet deliverables.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. You can convey ideas and deliver presentations and facilitate workshops.
- Sales knowledge. You have a strong understanding of sales strategies and best practices.
You Will:
- Create and maintain sales materials. Like playbooks, guides, presentations, and e-learning content, ensuring they align with current sales strategies and best practices.
- Support training and education. Provide guidance on how to use sales enablement materials educating our internal sales and service team members.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of sales resources. Gather feedback from the sales team to refine and improve training programs.
- Develop custom presentations. Assist the sales team in winning business and supporting marketing campaigns.
- Provide data-driven insights and reports. Inform sales leadership with strategic decisions and enhance marketing efforts.
- Increase the exposure and attention of our work. Work creatively to generate interest and engagement for our corporate tree planting efforts
