The Role

The Marketing Manager will lead demand generation efforts that directly support pipeline growth and revenue goals.
You’ll be responsible for building and executing multi-channel campaigns, developing target audience strategy, and managing our digital presence across paid media, website, email, and social. You’ll also drive messaging strategy and act as an internal AI tools liaison, bringing modern marketing tech and trends into practical use for the business.

This role blends strategic thinking with tactical execution. You should be equally comfortable developing campaign strategy, writing messaging frameworks, launching ads, building HubSpot workflows, and analyzing web performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Campaign Development

  • Lead the development of full-funnel marketing strategies that drive qualified leads and support revenue targets
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, email, and owned content
  • Define, build, and refine target audiences in partnership with sales
  • Monitor and report on campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPL, and ROAS
  • Use HubSpot to support email nurturing campaigns, track engagement, and manage leads

Messaging & Content

  • Own marketing messaging and positioning across campaigns, the website, paid ads, and social
  • Write or edit compelling content for digital campaigns, landing pages, and executive thought leadership
  • Ensure brand voice and creative tone remain consistent across all marketing assets

Digital & Web Management

  • Manage updates and performance of vmgstudios.com; coordinate with creative and dev teams as needed; make minor site changes and develop landing pages directly through WordPress
  • Track, test, and improve conversion paths and user behavior using Google Analytics and other tools
  • Lead execution of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) from targeting through optimization

AI Tools & Trend Integration

  • Act as internal AI tools practitioner keeping up on trends and best practices
  • Use AI to streamline content creation, data analysis, or campaign testing wherever beneficial

Executive & Internal Communications

  • Support the CEO with executive-level messaging for LinkedIn, industry events, and press
  • Translate business initiatives into internal comms that align marketing with company-wide goals

Qualifications

  • 5+ years minimum of experience in B2B marketing
  • Proven success designing and executing lead generation campaigns with measurable business results
  • Strong experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn campaign manager
  • Demonstrated writing experience for digital marketing copy and executive communications
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and basic web management skills
  • Fluent in audience targeting, persona development, and performance-based media buying
  • Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools and a curiosity to stay ahead
