As a Marketing Manager at Taxbit, you’ll have the unique opportunity to bring our products to life through compelling and customer-centric storytelling. Your ability to distill complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives and present them creatively will drive how we show up in-market.
You’ll power our GTM function with written content and creative collateral, orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns that connect us to customers, and leverage data-driven insights to help optimize our strategies and uniquely position us as a force in the crypto tax and accounting space.

Role And Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy (i.e. website copy, blog posts, articles, emails, case studies, and videos) to drive organic traffic, and engagement. Create compelling, SEO-optimized content that establishes Taxbit as a thought leader in the crypto tax and accounting space.
- Marketing & Sales Collateral: Design and produce visually engaging marketing collateral, (i.e. decks, two-pagers, infographics) that communicates Taxbit’s value proposition and differentiators to target audiences, and empowers GTM teams.
- Integrated Campaign Management: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to launch integrated marketing campaigns that increase market awareness, engagement and leads. Maintain an editorial calendar that ensures a cohesive and consistent promotion cadence across channels.
- Data & Insights: Stay on top of industry/market trends to inform messaging, refine content, and optimize campaign performance, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and business goals.
Professional Qualifications
- 5-7 years in marketing, 3+ in a specialized B2B SaaS/content-focused role. Bonus points for experience in the fintech, crypto, or compliance industries,
- Strong storytelling skills with an ability to distill complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives, optimized for search/AI-agent ranking
- Exceptional communication and design skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders
- Excellent project management skills with an ability to focus, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with MarTech and design tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, WordPress, Figma, Canva)

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $73,000 – $150,000. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Actual compensation will vary depending on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to location, experience, level, and job qualifications.
