Job Summary And Qualifications
JOB TITLE –Marketing Manager
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES -We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Brand Coordinator to join our marketing team. The Senior Brand Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the consistent representation of our brand across all marketing channels and touchpoints and facilitating brand initiatives from a broader scale. This position requires a passion for branding, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. SUPERVISOR –VP of Marketing
SUPERVISES–None
Essential Functions Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Campaign Management: Assist in developing, executing, tracking and analyzing marketing campaigns across all marketing channels (traditional, organic, paid, referral, social, etc.) while maintaining marketing best practices and brand guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Serve as team lead and initial source of escalation for in-office counterparts. Work directly with marketing leadership to plan strategies and confidently engagement with company leadership on initiatives.
- Content Management: Contribute to the idea generation and creation of content, including blogs, social media, thought leadership, etc. while taking ownership of the project management aspects of getting the content created while working with writers, designers, leadership, teammates and internal and external vendors.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights to create campaigns and brand strategies to ensure our brand is best-in-market.
- Brand Audits: Monitor and audit brand touchpoints to identify any inconsistencies and areas for improvement. Propose and implement corrective actions in collaboration with other team members as needed.
- Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of all campaigns and branding initiatives. Provide ROI, insights and recommendations for effectiveness of campaigns and improvement based on data analysis.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including recruitment and department leaders, IT, project management, external vendor partners, and other members of the marketing department, to ensure brand efforts align with overall marketing strategies and business needs. Communicate brand guidelines and expectations to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES –This position requires the following minimal requirements:
- Proven experience in campaigns, brand coordination and content management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of campaign planning and execution
- Proficiency in presentation preparation in Power Point, Canva, and other design software tools (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong project management abilities
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and passionate about campaign and brand management
- Knowledge of healthcare and/or staffing is a plus
EDUCATION –Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
EXPERIENCE –3 To-4 Years Of Related Experience Required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS
- Exert up to 20lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 10lbs. frequently and/or constantly.
- Requires prolonged sitting, some walking, standing, repetitive tasks/motions and stretching.
- Requires clarity of vision, eye-hand-foot coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, and other office equipment.
- Requires the perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction; ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound.
- Requires normal eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports.
- Requires dexterity to type.
