Job Summary

This position is part of Novanta’s Precision Medicine business unit. Precision Medicine designs, manufactures, and markets machine vision, optical scanners, embedded RFID readers, high-precision customized subsystems, and optical subsystems.

As Marketing Manager, you’ll oversee marketing activities for products across multiple areas of our product portfolio. You’ll create and implement growth-focused marketing plans. You’ll collaborate with teams to maintain brand consistency and engage customers.

Job Description (Primary Responsibilities)

  • Driving performance and results of a marketing and/or specific product line(s) within a business unit.
  • Developing and implementing marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to drive growth and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize results
  • Administration of SalesForce.com
  • Management of the Reach Technology and PRI Website

Requirements

  • Be experienced in developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a business-to-business environment.
  • Be able to lead and motivate others to achieve business goals.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Be comfortable with data analysis and using metrics to inform marketing decisions.

Compensation And Benefits

  • The base pay for this position is $97,986 to $134,731 per year depending on the geographic market.
  • Dependent on the position offered, annual bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
