Essential Functions:

  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and execution of product brand strategies for our portfolio of rigging equipment brands.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market plans, including product launches, pricing, promotions, and distribution strategies.
  • Marketing Channel Management: Manage and optimize marketing channels, including email, CRM, website, social media, and trade shows.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Prior experience in the construction, equipment, industrial or material handling is preferred
  • Experience managing acquisition marketing preferred
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing data

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product brand management

Physical Requirements:

  • Sit for an hour or more, speak, hear, stand, walk, stoop, squat, bend and/or kneel.
  • Verbally communicate detailed information to others either by phone or in person.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Required to use hands with substantial movement (motions) of wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
  • Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading.

Pay rate and Provisions:

  • Pay Range is $80K-$90K per year (depending on experience)
