Beztak, a national Real Estate Development, Construction and Property management company, wants you to join our family of talented individuals. We are seeking to hire a Marketing Manager to join our team, in-person in Farmington Hills, MI.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Maintain a strong knowledge of various company marketing tools and programs including Yardi, RentCafe, Knock, Engrain, Updater, RentTracker and Rent Bureau, property website CMSs, Manage Engine Ticket Center and others as needed
  • Oversee prospect AI platforms and evaluate product performance through weekly, monthly and/or quarterly report analysis
  • Partner with vendors on the creation of floor plans and upload them to various platforms for property website electronic leasing
  • Manage marketing campaign call tracking and work with internal teams to troubleshoot phone line tracking issues
  • Assist in creating marketing materials for apartment projects
  • Partner with Regional Managers to create marketing plans and content for email blasts and outreach for properties with occupancy challenges
  • Craft creative copy for websites and ensure content is monitored and updated regularly and as needed
  • Evaluate various marketing software and systems to make meaningful recommendations of new products that will enhance the site team ability to rent apartments and offer superb customer service.
  • Coordinate new product launches and collaborate with the internal training department on best practices training procedures
  • Perform regular marketing software audits and manage product enhancements
  • Initiate marketing software and product start-ups at property takeovers
  • Ensure quality and brand stands are met

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

  • On site property management experience
  • 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar, preferred
