  • Coordinate the operations of marketing initiatives to meet organizational objectives
  • Maintain effective management of the marketing, communications, advertising, and promotional activities to meet organizational needs
  • Help develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
  • Support operations for all digital marketing initiatives primarily focused on electronic media such as the company’s websites, SEO, SEM, Paid ads, Google Analytics, and CMS. Propose changes to the site focused on improving site relevance and traffic
  • Evaluate SEO reports, Google Analytics, and Paid ads performance and purpose updates to the site to improve site performance, traffic, engagement, and relevance
  • Establish and maintain a Social Media Calendar, prepare and post content and paid ads, recommend when to boost posts, track and report the levels of engagement, and propose action plans
  • Support the Influencer Strategy and initiatives by maintaining relations with influencers and providing them with the material and content needed to promote the brand and products
  • Manage industry trade show activities: prepare and maintain annual schedule; coordinate booth personnel and event services; direct trade show vendors; select, order, and ship products, demo units, literature, clothing, giveaways, and booth properties; maintain trade show files and database, and track expense budget
  • Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects, prepare monthly scorecards
  • Managed literature inventory, including creating purchase orders and coordinating the payment of vendor invoices
  • Support the activities related to the Product Information Management System, Produce and keep product-enhanced content, images, keywords, and specifications
  • Support graphic design activities
  • Lead position in the marketing function
  • Other duties and responsibilities performed as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business administration, or a related field is required
  • Minimum of five years of marketing management
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects promptly
