Price Benowitz, LLP is currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to be responsible for executing the Law Firm’s marketing strategies to drive business growth, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen client relationships.
The Marketing Manager position requires an understanding of the law firm/legal services industry, market trends, and consumer behavior. The Marketing Manager must have experience implementing all marketing strategies in-house with a law firm and/or company, rather than from an outside marketing firm. This position is full-time, in-office, based in D.C.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Implement marketing strategies that are aligned with the overall business objectives of the law firm.
- Ensure that all related vendors, campaigns, and processes are optimized and functioning at full capacity to advance the firm’s overall goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define marketing goals, the firm’s overarching message, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with broader organizational strategies.
- Interpret marketing reports produced by digital marketing team, and optimize digital channels for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Create and manage traditional marketing channels, such as print, events, and sponsorships, to reach target audiences effectively.
- Coordinate with teams to implement marketing strategy, set clear goals and expectations, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior Law Firm/Legal Services Marketing experience is REQUIRED; please do not apply unless you have this type of experience.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of in-house law firm/company experience (not outside marketing firm) leading, developing, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Familiarity with digital media, digital channels, experience in digital marketing, including online advertising, social media, and content marketing, is crucial.
- Experience in building and maintaining strong brand identities, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and compliance, to achieve common objectives.
- Candidates should have a proven track record of success, ideally with progressive responsibility in marketing positions.
- Must be able and willing to work out of our DC office.
