Park Place Finance, a premier nationwide private lender in Austin, TX is seeking a versatile Marketing Manager to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a knack for technical ownership and efficient marketing executions.

Essential Job Functions

  • Platform Proficiency & Technical Ownership: Quickly learn new platforms and assume technical ownership.
  • Extensive HubSpot Management: Serve as Park Place Finance’s HubSpot Administrator, managing all CRM/CMS platform elements, including workflows, custom fields, reports, and dashboard development.
  • Maintain and update distribution, prospect, and lead lists in HubSpot.
  • Oversee HubSpot reporting dashboard and HubSpot Analytics to ensure seamless lead generation, tracking, and analysis.
  • Create and manage workflows, lists, and segmentation to automate marketing processes and increase efficiency.
  • Educate staff on CRM best practices and determine optimal ways to leverage the HubSpot platform to streamline efforts.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and send bi-weekly marketing emails to designated audiences, conduct A/B testing to measure and enhance campaign success.
  • Website Management: Regularly update and maintain the company website via WordPress, working directly or with an agency to add landing pages, forms, and other enhancements.
  • Vendor Relations: Facilitate monthly and bi-weekly meetings with vendors to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Onboarding & Training: On-board new hires into martech platforms
  • Participate in the new hire onboarding process, including training and sales enablement.
  • Reporting: Generate monthly reports summarizing inbound opportunities, won deals from paid and organic sources, ROI on lead sources, and more.
  • Marketing Budget Management: Manage marketing expenses, adjust the budget based on performance, and provide monthly budget reports to leadership.
  • Marketing Collateral: Create and maintain marketing collateral for the sales team, events, website, etc.
  • Social Media Management: Grow the company’s social media following and curate/create content to drive brand awareness and engagement among target audiences.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of HubSpot (3+ years) required, including:
  • Creating and managing HubSpot sequences
  • Developing and optimizing workflows
  • Implementing HubSpot automation solutions
  • HubSpot certification preferred but not required
  • Prior vendor management, communication with external partners and requesting reports, budget changes, and more
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented in support of multiple internal teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker and problem-solver
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with Gravity Forms, WordPress, Kixie, LinkedIn Sales Navigator – preferred
