We are seeking an organized and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team at Journeyfront. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies within the B2B SAAS Space. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving customer engagement through various marketing channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, email, social media, content marketing, and events. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content that resonates with our target audience, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts. Collaborate with the product and sales teams to produce product-related content and sales collateral.
- Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads to the sales team. Manage and optimize the marketing funnel to improve conversion rates.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee the company’s digital presence, including the website, SEO, PPC, and social media. Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing efforts.
- Event Management: Plan and coordinate industry events, webinars, and conferences to increase brand visibility and engage with potential customers. Manage event logistics, promotional activities, and post-event follow-up.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Providing regular reports on marketing performance, ROI, and other relevant metrics to stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B SasS and/or the HR tech industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to create and execute detailed project plans
- Ability to work with creative teams to get things done
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communicator who is clear, responsive, and diligent.
- Good eye for design. You should be able to look at designs and know which ones meet brand standards and which ones don’t.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate ideas with succinct and compelling copy.
