SymphonyAI’s Media division is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to maximize the quality, output, and efficiency of our B2B campaigns. You will leverage demand generation expertise and project management skills to achieve ambitious goals through multichannel efforts, owning both program strategy and execution. Approximately 10% travel is required to support events, which are an integral component of our marketing strategy. This role provides valuable experience at SymphonyAI, the leading enterprise AI company and recent winner of Microsoft’s 2024 Partner of the Year award for business transformation.

Job Description

  • Define requirements, scope campaigns, adhere to timelines, produce deliverables, incorporate stakeholders, and report results for marketing programs
  • Manage virtual and in-person webinars, conferences, and hosted events with a bias toward sales enablement and lead generation (approximately 10% travel required)
  • Create communication calendars and target lists to support campaigns and deploy Hubspot emails and landing pages
  • Develop and execute ABM strategies to support target account growth
  • Align with corporate marketing to deploy digital marketing tactics such as LinkedIn advertising and organic content
  • Optimize conversion rates, achieve KPI targets, and drive funnel improvements based on data-driven insights and best practices
  • Manage vendor reviews, approvals, timelines, billing, and payment for sponsored events and occasional content production
  • Define content needs, collaborate with subject matter experts, and work closely with content creators to produce high-quality materials

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing/demand gen experience
  • Background and interest in live event management
  • Proven success deploying full-funnel ABM strategies
  • Demonstrable experience or certification in Hubspot CRM
  • Familiar with digital marketing tools, technology, and trends
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to track, interpret, and report on marketing performance
  • Agile mindset to quickly adapt based on new learnings and conditions
  • Communication skills to partner successfully with diverse stakehold

Salary Range $115,000 – $135,000 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities)
