DealerOn Inc. is seeking a versatile Marketing Manager, a true “jack of all trades” in the marketing field. This role demands proficiency in diverse areas such as Trade Shows, Email Marketing, social media, and Brand Management. You will be instrumental in crafting and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive business growth across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage all trade show activities, ensuring DealerOn’s presence is impactful and aligns with our brand strategy.
- Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, design, and analysis of campaign performance.
- Oversee social media strategy and content across platforms, engaging with our audience and amplifying our brand’s digital presence.
- Lead brand management initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values across all marketing materials and communications.
- Collaborate with various teams to create integrated marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights for informed decision-making.
- Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently across different channels.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies, adapting plans based on data-driven insights.
- Foster a team environment that encourages innovation and high performance.
Required Skills/Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, with hands-on experience in trade shows, email marketing, social media, and brand management.
- Strong proficiency in the following marketing tools and platforms:
- Salesforce
- Pardot
- Google Analytics
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent industry experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Experience in the automotive industry or verticals that DealerOn or its sister companies serves such as Home Services, Legal, and Wellness.
- Advanced degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Solid understanding of CRM software and digital marketing analytics tools.
- Exceptional networking and negotiation skills.
The salary range for this position is $50,900 – $94,800.
