Join our team as a Marketing Manager and lead a high-impact team responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive the growth and adoption of Phreesia’s products. As a Marketing Manager, you will serve as a thought partner to leaders and stakeholders across Phreesia, communicating the vision and creating alignment around how we market and sell to our customers.
You will own the marketing and go-to-market plan for your segment of the Healthcare Services business line and have deep insight into the “voice of the customer” and market landscape. You will be fluent in the business model for our Healthcare Services business, and will have a thorough understanding of the value proposition of our product portfolio as well as the levers we can pull to impact business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Develop compelling positioning and messaging for new and existing products by understanding competitive drivers, researching market trends, and aggregating the needs of Phreesia’s customers
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives and monitor and analyze campaign performance as well as the impact of different messaging and positioning for different healthcare personas
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns across channels (digital, social, events) to generate demand
- Utilizing customer feedback, data analytics, and user research to gain deep insights into customer needs, behaviors, and preferences
- Developing resources such as presentations, battle cards, and product collateral for sales organization
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, including setting clear objectives, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of experience in strategy, marketing, product, or consulting in healthcare technology or healthcare services
- Experience in product marketing or strategic marketing preferred
- Strong results orientation combined with excellent judgment and problem solving skills; track record of go-to-market success
- Previous people management experience to provide positive leadership across multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, complex working environment
- Ability to manage ambiguity and pivot quickly as needs and priorities change
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and a strong analytical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to travel to occasional in-person team meetings when appropriate
Base pay for US is $115,000 – $130,000, depending on qualifications. In addition, Phreesia also offers an attractive & comprehensive Total Rewards package. Phreesia is a fully remote company however, candidates located in ET and CT regions are given priority in the hiring process.
