The Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting marketing campaign strategy development and leading execution to drive increased results and revenue for each assigned business area.
Leveraging expertise in digital and direct response principles, client management, project management, team leadership, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for recommending and executing marketing strategies that result in optimum return-on-investment for AGIA and our partners.
The Marketing Manager will be focused on monitoring marketing results, making calculated revisions to marketing plans based on challenges and opportunities, brainstorming new marketing strategies with guidance from leadership, reporting on marketing revenue, and supervising the assigned positions to ensure marketing plans are executed on time and within budget.
Essential Job Functions
Develop and Manage Assigned Business Areas’ Marketing Plans – Leveraging a deep understanding of historical marketing results, product knowledge, and digital and direct response marketing principles, the Marketing Manager will develop execution-ready plans for delivering impactful messaging, appropriate for each audience and business area, to drive results to meet or exceed revenue projections under the guidance and support of leadership. Using a variety of MarTech and project management tools (in partnership with internal and external partners or agencies), oversee the day-to-day delivery of all marketing activities for assigned area of business, including the development and production of creative assets, as it relates to driving optimum ROI and revenue growth. They will also ensure that all marketing initiatives are delegated appropriately to downlines and are executed on time and within budget.
Analyze and Report Performance – Through campaign performance analysis, work to continuously optimize revenue forecasts by supporting the development of an executing alternative marketing solutions. Then report this performance to internal and external stakeholders with a focus on next best actions.
Lead Marketing Team Members to Achieve Results – Responsible for providing coaching and guidance to direct reports to drive high levels of performance and engagement. Will lead direct reports in the timely coordination and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns.
Requirements
Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience.
Required Experience: Minimum three years marketing experience applying direct response principles and methodologies. Minimum three years project management or project team experience. Prior supervisory experience and/or leadership training.
Required Knowledge: Knowledge of direct marketing principles and practices.
Knowledge of project management tools and processes.
Skills/Abilities: Intermediate proficiency in MS Office. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation skills in small and large group settings. Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Travel: 5% domestic travel required
