Tradecraft Coffee & Tea
Working as Tradecraft’s Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for refining & managing our brand narrative and representing the brand’s services and solutions in a variety of sales initiatives, events, and a variety of digital content.
This role will report to the SVP of Tradecraft and partner closely with creative, business development, supplier partners, program managers, operations, and other internal teams to communicate the value & uniqueness of the Tradecraft portfolio.
Candidates must reside in Charlotte, NC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Tradecraft’s brand identity guidelines and standards throughout the organization
- Support lead generation efforts by partnering with digital marketing
- Support business development by managing and updating all related sales content
- Lead communications strategies & tactics to reinforce brand value within our parent organization
- Managing content on internal intranet site(s)
- Monitor and analyze market & competitive trends
- Oversee creation and development of marketing materials & promotions for Tradecraft supplier partners
- Support trade show and event planning, along with support from project management
- Create segmented case studies to drive new sales
- Develop and deliver presentations to senior leadership and clients
- Explore ways of improving existing products and services to increase profitability
- Travel to events and other opportunities will comprise of less than 10% of time
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership and/or specialty coffee
- Business or marketing-related degree, or equivalent professional qualification
- Excellent skills with relevant software applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Canva)
- An understanding of the specialty coffee community preferred, or a demonstrated eagerness to quickly learn
- Strong presentation skills
