Purpose
The Marketing Manager is responsible for effectively planning and executing a wide range of strategic initiatives for Macabacus. This role will primarily focus on Content marketing (publishing/distribution/maintenance), Sales enablement (publish/maintain collateral), and Campaign management (Email/Lifecycle/Integrated campaigns).
This role requires a high level of cross-functional collaboration as it liaises with ambitious team-mates across Product, Sales, and Customer Success to build hyper-growth foundations for Macabacus.
This role offers experience and visibility into a wide range of Marketing strategies and tactics, and is ideal for candidates who wish to broaden their knowledge and skills in marketing. The main goal of this role is to plan and execute key initiatives, while working closely with cross-functional partners, requiring candidates to be willing to get their hands dirty as needed, and display a bias for action.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and execute key initiatives, Macabacus marketing strategy and activity calendar.
- Define and execute Macabacus campaigns including ideation, creation, cross-functional collaboration, publishing, optimization, and reporting, across Email, Lifecycle, ABM, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Own product marketing content publishing, distribution and maintenance across key channels, working in close collaboration with Marketing leadership, Product Enablement and Product Management on content strategy and creation.
- Partner with Sales to build and maintain sales collateral and enablement material.
- Get hands dirty as needed with key Marketing priorities
