We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives with strategic precision and creative excellence. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will play a pivotal role in developing and managing marketing campaigns that generate brand awareness, drive demand for our products, and convert marketing-qualified leads into sales-qualified leads.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in leveraging digital marketing channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, webinars, websites, landing pages, as well as conference events. They will be responsible for the end-to-end management of marketing strategies, from planning and execution to performance analysis and optimization.

Duties/Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Plan and Execute Marketing Strategies: Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email outreach, webinars, web landing pages, and conferences.
- Content Creation and Copywriting: Create compelling, high-quality content that aligns with our brand and messaging to engage our target audience and drive conversions.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization: Measure and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and ROI without reliance on a dedicated data team.
- Project Management: Manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously while ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO for strategic guidance and align marketing efforts with sales objectives to maximize lead generation and pipeline growth.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Previous experience in an advertising agency environment.
- Data-focused; collect, analyze, and leverage data to optimize continuously.
- Familiarity with the cybersecurity industry.
Education And Experience
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University
- 5+ years of marketing, brand, and communications experience, preferably in B2B or technology sectors.
- Experience in a high-tech market
