Airtasker is on the hunt for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to drive brand growth in the US! As the key player in shaping our brand presence, you’ll own the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies across paid and organic channels. From brand collaborations to influencer campaigns, you’ll balance creativity with data-driven insights to accelerate our impact in this exciting market. If you’re a hands-on marketer ready to amplify Airtasker’s presence and engagement, we’d love to have you on board as we expand in the US!
What You’ll Do
- Campaign Development & Execution: Lead bold, multi-channel marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness and customer growth. Partner with creatives and agencies to deliver standout campaigns, track success, and optimize for impact.
- Content Development: Craft compelling content for paid and organic channels, ensuring it connects with key audiences.
- Brand Collaborations: Drive growth through powerful partnerships, amplifying Airtasker’s US presence.
- CRM: Deliver personalized content through email and push, focusing on retention and loyalty.
- Localized Events: Run exciting brand activations to engage local communities.
- UGC & Influencer Marketing: Develop strategies to foster UGC and manage influencer partnerships for brand credibility.
- Social Media: Build and execute impactful social media strategies across platforms to drive visibility and engagement.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign data and continuously optimize to maximize success.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with marketing, product, and analytics teams to align strategies with market trends and insights.

- 7+ years in marketing, with expertise in content creation, digital marketing, and brand strategy.
- Proven success managing full-funnel paid and organic campaigns.
- Experience in campaign development and multi-channel execution.
- Skilled in media planning and agency partnership management.
- Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passionate about community building and experiential marketing.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Data-driven, with a focus on performance tracking and optimization.
- Proficient in social media, UGC campaigns, and analytics tools.
- Deep understanding of US culture and community dynamics for tailored marketing initiatives.
