The Marketing Manager will support the commercial team in designing and delivering marketing strategies with goal of retaining/growing customer and consumer base. This position reports to the Director of Customer Strategy.

Job Duties

Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Managing execution and measurement of targeted programs with key customers including:
    • Girl Scout annual program development, including working with GSUSA for all necessary approvals, per the license agreement
    • Support organization with executing the brand architecture of Maker’s Pride, including website maintenance, contact / lead generation, etc.
  • Facilitate Girl Scouts new product development projects — including complete program (price, product, packaging) analysis to ensure profitability and work with the printer/designer to develop and update artwork annually
  • Collaboration with internal teams to ensure timelines are met
  • Responsible for MP’s brand(s) engagement and communication with consumers
  • Work with ABC Senior Leadership Team to create and update sales support materials specific for Girl Scouts
  • Creating and administering customer and consumer surveys
  • Provide trade show support and manage execution
  • Develop and maintain library of images for use in customer presentation, website, marketing materials
  • Develop, print, and distribute company brochure and other materials, as needed to support commercial team with key customer presentations
  • Act as liaison with Business Development leaders to develop targeted campaigns for innovation partnership sessions
  • Analyze and interpret data to clearly explain “why” a trend or sales result occurred, rather than just explain “what happened”
  • Access relevant information, interpret results and draw conclusions to support the business case for each project
  • Collect and organize disparate pieces of information into a clear and concise business case; present internally and to customers
  • Develop templates and standardized processes that support the team
  • Provide training to commercial team on tools and applications; and prepare training materials such as user guides/manuals
  • Provide other duties and support, as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum three years of relevant equivalent experience
  • Strong project management and analytical skills
  • Solid verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize numerous, simultaneous projects
  • Previous consumer packaged goods experience preferred
  • Previous experience with social media engagement preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • This is a remote position requiring flexibility for travel
  • Up to 10% travel to trade shows, plant locations or corporate office

The pay range for this full-time, salaried position is $85,788 – $128,682/year. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on company and individual performance.
