Nextant is looking for a driven Marketing Manager to join our client team. In this role, you will create and execute impactful marketing strategies that engage diverse global audiences, strengthen internal and external communications, and support key business initiatives.

What You’ll Do

As a Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving brand impact and storytelling. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing and executing engaging social media strategies that resonate with global audiences.
• Managing a content calendar across owned, earned, and paid channels to support communication strategies.
• Overseeing internal communication channels to keep employees informed and inspired.
• Generating data-driven reports and analyzing performance to optimize outcomes.
• Partnering with Outreach teams and stakeholders to align priorities and support company-wide storytelling initiatives.
• Serving as an advisor to senior leaders, leveraging strong communication skills to guide strategy.
• Overseeing the paid social media team for campaign execution.
• Building world-class marketing capabilities that empower customers, partners, employees, and future generations.
• Tracking and analyzing campaign metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Preparing insightful reports with recommendations for optimization.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3–10 years in marketing.
• Education: BA or BS in Marketing or a related field required.
• B2B or B2C marketing experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with social channels and conducting research.
• Strong strategic and creative thinking abilities.
• Proven experience managing projects with creative agency teams (from briefing to final delivery).
• Excellent communication skills across written, visual, and presentation formats.
• Skilled in running effective stakeholder engagement and connection rhythms.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with experience handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong strategy, storytelling, and writing skills.
• Familiarity with social media management platforms (e.g., Sprinklr).

Compensation

• Washington State salary range: $90,000 – $140,000 annually.
• Actual offers depend on experience, education, key skills, and business considerations.
