RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The job responsibilities of our Marketing Manager include, but are not limited to:

 

Marketing Strategy and Campaign Execution:

  • Manage and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with company objectives and target audiences
  • Strategize and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, awards, thought leadership, conferences, and events
  • Monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results and ensure goals are met

Content Creation and Brand Management:

  • Oversee the development of engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other promotional materials
  • Develop and manage a content calendar for thought leadership initiatives, including podcasts, videos, and editorial articles
  • Ensure brand identity is consistent across all marketing channels and enhances brand recognition

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize impact, and track expenditures to ensure campaigns remain cost-effective

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Sales, Client Services, Creative Services, and Human Resources to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives
  • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance, including key metrics, campaign results, and market trends. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • 4-5 years of in-house marketing experience at a creative agency or within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Resourceful self-starter who works well independently
  • Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
