Anne Carlsen (AC) is looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to collaborate with our marketing team and leadership in developing and implementing marketing strategies. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you’ll help identify trends and growth opportunities through social media, written content, graphic design, photography, videography, and more. You’ll assist both internal and external customers with their marketing needs, contribute to campaign presentations, and provide administrative support to the marketing department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or advertising
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, copywriting, and social media management (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, X, etc.)
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Canva, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to adapt to new technologies, including AI
Preferred Skills
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, and social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team and leadership on strategy and tool development
- Stay current with marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
- Maintain and update marketing documents, social media, and website content
- Create and enhance marketing materials using various platforms
- Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness
- Ensure alignment with brand standards across all resources
