The Marketing Generalist will work with various stakeholders and executive leadership across the sales and operations organization to create and execute strategic marketing plans for THS National. This will include evaluating the results/ROI of marking campaigns, spearheading marketing research efforts, coordinating initiatives across a variety of channels, and planning / organizing the logistics of customer facing events.

ESSENTIAL JOB DETAILS:

 

This is a highly collaborative position, where you will work alongside the sales department to drive current and prospective client engagement.

 

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, email, etc.).
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed.
  • Choosing, planning, and testing ad sources.

Event Coordination:

  • Take point on planning and executing marketing events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Coordinate and execute logistics, promotions, and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate with sales and account team to plan client facing events
  • Build and contact strategic guest list of current and prospective clients

Content Creation:

  • Develop and write engaging content for various marketing materials including websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and brochures.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice and strategy.
  • Assume lead on working with 3rd party content creator, Marketscale to facilitate new ideas and publish video content across multiple business segments and across various regions.
  • Experience with graphic design tools is a plus (example Adobe Creative Suite).

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports to measure effectiveness and ROI.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and community engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to enhance brand presence.

Email Marketing:

  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain and update email subscriber lists.

Brand Management:

  • Support brand positioning and messaging strategies.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Creating press releases that elevate brand awareness and image in the industry.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing role with exposure to multiple marketing functions.
  • Experience building marketing campaigns and reporting on results.
  • Exposure to digital and direct response marketing. Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages.
  • CRM management experience and ability to analyze data to recommend sales strategies.
  • Skilled in B2B marketing.
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers, vendors and employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Minimum 1 year of end-to-end event planning experience, including vendor management, logistics coordinating, and set up.
  • Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns and projects. Examples are expected to be provided.
  • Ability to travel as necessary
  • Graphic design experience with the Adobe Suite is nice to have
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
