The Marketing Manager, Global E-commerce Growth is responsible for executing the company’s e-commerce strategies across major marketplace channels–including but not limited to–Amazon (US, UK, Canada, EU), Walmart (US, Canada), Shopify (US, Canada, EU) and Meta (US, Canada) & TikTok (US, Canada). This role will own and execute day-to-day operations: SKU management / product listings, campaigns, promotions / pricing, social media, and data analysis. This position will support with new product launches as the company grows.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Marketplace Specialist with 2-5 years of experience to manage and optimize our presence on Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and social media outlets. This role will be responsible for product listings, sponsored ad campaigns, and social media/affiliate outreach to drive sales growth and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing Optimization and SKU management:
- Ensure the company’s product listings are optimized across marketplace (Amazon, Walmart) & DTC platforms (Shopify): run of business and product launches.
- Stay up-to-date with marketplace policies, algorithms, and best practices to maintain compliance and competitiveness.
- Oversee and maintain all ASINs / SKUs, ensuring proper categorization, descriptions, variations
- Maintain organization of product listings, attributes, images, etc. in Amplifi
- Optimize product listings for SEO, KWs, discoverability, and conversion.
- Execute pricing & promotional strategies.
Campaign Execution:
- Execute syndication of A+ content, Enhanced Brand Content, and storefront designs.
- Develop and execute PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display).
- Experience with Perpetua is a plus
- Set and adjust bidding strategies for optimal ROAS and ACOS performance.
- Leverage data insights to identify trends and scale winning campaigns.
- DTC email execution and promotions.
Social media execution & affiliate partnerships:
- Develop and schedule social media posts (images, videos, and captions) across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Identify, outreach, and manage influencer collaborations.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community.
- Monitor trends and create engaging, shareable content.
- Track and analyze engagement, reach, and sales metrics.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (ROAS,ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CVR) across each marketplace.
- Create regular reports, take actionable steps based on insights.
Salary: $90K-$120K Depending on proven experience.
Location: Remote / Hybrid / or onsite (Greater Seattle)
