Sound like you? We’re in search of a talented Marketing Manager, Lifecycle & Digital to join our Marketing Department. Reporting to our Director of Marketing, Lifecycle, this position is based out of Addison/Farmers Branch, TX (across the street from the Galleria Mall) and would join a team to support 225+ gym locations that are currently open or coming soon across nationwide. The position is a hybrid full-time, Monday thru Friday, with Mondays and Fridays being in-office days and Tue-Thu as optional to work from home or be in the office.

Responsibilities
- Support and execute lifecycle campaigns using dynamic segmentation, personalization, and automated workflows to deliver timely, relevant customer experiences.
- Lead end‑to‑end email, SMS, and push execution, including drafting, QA, audience targeting, and deployment to ensure accuracy, compliance and brand consistency.
- Build and optimize automated customer journeys in Klaviyo platforms, improving conversion, activation and long-term loyalty.
- Analyze performance across channels, using Google Analytics and platform-level reporting to assess campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Define and track lifecycle KPIs, producing clear reporting and actionable insights that guide continuous improvement and inform broader marketing strategy.
- Drive a structured A/B and multivariate testing program, experimenting with subject lines, send times, creative and cadence to maximize engagement and revenue.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Digital, Communications, Creative, Sales, and Customer Service teams to align lifecycle initiatives with business goals and ensure cohesive messaging.
- Support department-wide initiatives, contributing to ROI reporting, campaign planning, and the development of new lifecycle programs and customer touchpoints.
We’re Looking For a Candidate That Has
- 4+ years of relevant digital experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing or related field.
- Experience building reports in Excel; proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools on a PC. MUST have strong Excel proficiency and strong proficiency with Outlook.
- Experience with an email marketing automation/logic-based workflows software like Klaviyo.
- Ability to manage own calendar in Outlook, ensuring deadlines for all marketing tasks/initiatives are met.
- Strong ability to multi-task and switch gears suddenly and very strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for the fitness industry.
- While this is an incredibly tight-knit and collaborative organization, it is imperative to be able to problem solve independently and with limited direction when needed.
- Great sense of humor, upbeat attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills.
