The mission of the Marketing Operations Specialist is to enable the marketing team to achieve revenue growth goals through actionable analytics and insights and operational efficiency. This role serves as a bridge between marketing and sales teams to facilitate the completion of revenue-oriented projects and to communicate results to the company. This role will establish best practices and tactically lay the groundwork for scalable operations. They will be an effective partner in strategy creation and function as a collaborative leader to evolve both execution and strategy. This role will report to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing.

 

Here’s what you’ll get to do:

  • Manage self-service dashboard that measures full-funnel KPIs to attribute performance by channel, enabling marketing teams to make informed decisions for resource allocation.
  • Manage enterprise dashboard that shows how marketing efforts convert into MQLs > Sales Stages > closed deals – enabling us to identify conversion rates at the various stages and which initiatives/channels contribute strongest performance
  • Regularly inform stakeholders across marketing, product, sales, and finance on marketing performance to ensure cross functional alignment on the best possible data-driven marketing strategy.
  • Utilize DOMO, Hubspot, and other analytics tools to extract actionable insights from marketing data, such as campaign performance, customer behavior, and trends.
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and KPIs, providing stakeholders with clear and actionable information.
  • Manage a scalable, best-in-class marketing technology stack and provide training and support to the marketing teams.
  • Administer the marketing budget and ensure marketing expenses are tracking against plan.

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful:

  • Previous experience in a marketing operations role or similar capacity, preferably in B2B or B2C environments.
  • Strong project management skills, including proactive communication and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience and understanding of budgeting processes and budget optimization.
  • Skilled in DOMO, HubSpot, or similar analytics tools.

Here’s what you can expect from us:

  • Competitive cash compensation and benefits, the salary range for this position is $75,000 – $85,000 per year.
  • Colorado Salary Statement: The salary range displayed is specifically for those potentially hired who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for this role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
