For this role:
The Marketing Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, onboard, and manage marketing partnerships geared towards driving brand awareness, generating leads, and increasing overall sales for Medical Guardian. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of cultivating and maintaining successful affiliate partnerships.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies that reduce cost and drive additional traffic, leads, and revenue for the company.
- Identify and recruit high-quality affiliate partners that align with our target audience and brand values.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners through regular communication, support, and incentive programs.
- Monitor affiliate performance and KPIs, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on partner program performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize affiliate program policies, procedures, and technology platforms to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Represent Medical Guardian at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our affiliate network and enhance our brand presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
