Ironpaper is a B2B growth agency that works with remarkable clients to achieve their growth goals through inbound marketing. We are hiring a full-time Project Coordinator to support several marketing clients. You must reside in the US (excluding California) and be able to work 9am to 6pm EST.

About You:

  • 1+ years of project management experience, working with multiple teams and projects at one time
  • Marketing foundational knowledge is highly preferred, and agency experience is a plus
  • Exceptional listening and conflict-resolution skills
  • Understanding of popular Agile practices and frameworks (ie. Lean, Kanban, Extreme Programming)
  • Experience managing client expectations, and ensuring your team’s work is aligned with the overarching goals by providing clear and descriptive task assignments
  • Highly organized with the ability to plan meetings, agendas, sending recaps, and tracking deliverables for multiple clients.
  • Facilitating valuable and efficient meetings both for clients and internal teams
  • Appetite to learn and a desire to receive feedback
  • Ability to work with a MacBook and Google Suite
  • Use data to make decisions

The Day-to-Day:

Account performance, QA and workflow management

  • Oversee agile processes and ensure account teams are operating efficiently while ensuring activities of all team members deliver month-over-month growth in collaboration with an Account Leader
  • Manage the workflow of multiple client projects simultaneously, including project timelines, workloads, cross-functional teams, and project objectives, to ensure all of those elements stay on track. Facilitate sprints; enter detailed tasks into our project management tool for assigned projects.
  • Adapt project scope, schedules, and resource assignments as required throughout projects to respond to emerging requirements and risks and ensure we reach the billable hours goal.

Communication

  • Serve as a point of contact between clients and the account teams to establish expectations, provide project insights, handoff project deliverables, field feedback, etc.
  • Understand the individual client’s challenges and build a strong relationship with them to ensure they feel valued while simultaneously reinforcing Ironpaper methodologies

Technical Expertise and Operational Insights

  • Technical abilities to use various tools such as Teamwork and HubSpot
  • Observe your accounts and uncover insights about effective processes and practices to share with your Account Lead
  • Continuously question the value of our work to ensure our efforts create results. Ask, “How can we do more with less?” Openly share concerns before they become “issues.”

Hands-On Mentorship

  • Guide account team members using Agile Methodologies while simultaneously reinforcing Ironpaper methodologies and developing appropriate documentation. Ensure naming and organization of client files are consistent and easy for the team to find.
  • Frequently review client feedback calls and use the feedback to pivot current project elements to set the team up for success

Extra Credit if you have:

  • B2B marketing experience with a focus on content strategy, sales development, website conversion, and lead generation
  • Experience communicating to a variety of audiences and explaining insights from analyses to both technical, non-technical audiences and executive levels within the IT, Manufacturing or Energy Industries
  • Agile tool suite background (ie. Teamwork, Asana, Jira, Confluence, Rally, Agile Central)
  • Advanced knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, or other CRM tools
  • Professional experience with Google Analytics (or similar analytics application)
