Requirements: As a retail grocer, we operate 7 days/week and 365 days/year and as such work in support of our stores may include evening and weekend hours per the needs of the business. Valid Driver License and vehicle may be required, with ability to travel regularly to store locations, trade shows / events and/or other off-site locations throughout the United States / local region.

About the role: As a Marketing Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our marketing initiatives by overseeing the seamless execution of creative projects from inception to delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Brand, Loyalty, Ecomm, Merch, etc. to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time and within budget. With your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, you’ll develop project timelines, manage resources, and provide clear communication and direction to team members. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on projects across a wide variety of channels (in-store signage, print, web, email, social, paid media, packaging, editorial, etc.) and requires the ability to quickly apply unique learnings and best-practices to each of them, while looking for opportunities to refine/optimize current processes.

Position Responsibilities:
- In partnership with the Brand, Creative, Loyalty and Ecomm team, plans, executes and manages integrated marketing campaigns, projects and deliverables from conception to completion on time and within budget. Delegates tasks and clear communication throughout the project.
- Develops project timelines, budgets and resource allocations to ensure successful project delivery.
- Serves as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or feedback.
- Utilizes project management tools and software (Monday.com, Pageproof, SharePoint, Smartsheet, etc.) to manage the creation, deadlines, dependencies, review, QA and approval of projects across a variety of channels and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and develop contingency plans.
- Conducts thorough project briefings and kick-off meetings to ensure all team members understand project objectives, deliverables and timelines.
- Identifies and mitigates project risks and issues, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Collaborates with external vendors (print, digital, etc.) to ensure deliverables are produced, delivered and implemented.
- Continuously improve project management processes and practices to drive operational and creative excellence.
- Close out projects by finalizing documentation and conducting post-project learning meetings.
- Stays informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement in marketing project management processes.
- Tools and Equipment Used (not all inclusive): This position works with standard office equipment. May be required to use the following tools and equipment when working in stores or offsite; baler, hand truck, POS, industrial kitchen equipment (i.e. blast chiller, grill, knives/blades, oven, grills, scales, etc.) and basic housekeeping / janitorial items.
- This position works consistently at a light work level and may be asked to work on occasion at a medium or heavy work level when supporting stores or other offsite events. Frequently required to sit, walk, reach and grasp. Occasionally required to be on feet with a mix of standing and walking throughout shift. Up to occasionally, dependent on location, required to climb stairs, step stool and /or ladders.

What you Bring as a Candidate:
- Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience required, with 3 years of marketing/creative project management experience.
- Previous food and/or grocery specific industry experience preferred. Experience in a multi-unit, high growth retail or similar environment required.
- Previous experience managing work in using Creative Project Management software required (such as Wrike, Monday, Basecamp, Workfront, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administrations or related fields preferred, however relevant work experience in lieu of formal education is acceptable.
- Mid to high-level proficiency with MS Office. Skills to learn new computer programs and systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including tact and diplomacy, to collaborate, negotiate and communicate effectively and professionally with cross-functional partners at all levels in the company.
