Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of marketing projects and campaigns, from initial planning through deployment, defining schedules, scopes, objectives, and implementation strategies.
- Gather, analyze, and document business processes and requirements; develop process flows and technical documentation to support project execution.
- Define detailed project requirements to establish clear deliverables and success measures.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones; manage initiatives of varying size, complexity, and scope.
- Establish and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans; communicate progress, key milestones, and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee project resources, including internal teams, contractors, and external vendors; proactively identify and resolve issues, risks, and conflicts, escalating when appropriate.
Role Requirements
- This role is cell phone stipend eligible and supports an 24/7 operation. Occasional after-hours, weekend, or holiday work along with travel may be required to respond to urgent issues or service calls.
Qualifications: Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Psychology, or Hospitality preferred. An associate degree in a related field will also be considered.
- Project Management Certification or Project Management Professional, preferred.
Qualifications: Experience
- 2+ years relevant experience in Project Management.
- Background in Marketing, Advertising or Account Management.
- Proficient in project management tools, creating project plans, reports and dashboards (e.g., Microsoft Project, Monday.com, JIRA, Asana, Trello).
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies (Agile), and tools.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $70,000 -$ 85,500/yearly
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
