Huitt-Zollars is seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Senior Specialist to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, this role will collaborate with marketing team members to execute our brand, social media, and digital communication strategies. This includes creating and managing marketing and communications collateral to effectively convey the company’s message and initiatives across various digital platforms, such as website, intranet, and social media channels. Additionally, this person will analyze data and analytics within digital platforms to create pointed digital communication strategies that broaden and enhance engagement with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media dynamics, strong graphic design skills, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to drive impactful digital marketing initiatives.

Duties
- Work as part the firm’s marketing team to execute brand, social media, and digital communication and marketing strategies with a mind for continued refinement and improvement of channel and content tactics.
- Create and curate engaging content for the firm’s digital channels (website, intranet, and social media platforms), leveraging writing skills and knowledge of best practices to ensure content reflects the firm’s corporate identity and supports business objectives.
- Develop and edit written marketing and communication materials independently with a high level of creativity, expertise and attention to detail.
- Design marketing collateral templates such as brochures, flyers, presentations, etc.
- Assist with digital design for the firm’s intranet and website.
- Handle day-to-day social media activities, including oversight of social media platforms and tools, daily postings, engagement, and metrics.
- Manage content calendar with oversight from Marketing Communications Manager.
- Provide hands-on web content administration for website, including reviewing, editing, creating, and managing up-to-date content in compliance with brand and accessibility standards.
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives and activities, developing actionable insights and using data to inform and optimize future initiatives.
- Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, techniques, and best practices as well as industry trends and identify new opportunities to reach target audiences and drive engagement.
- Participate in training and educational opportunities for ongoing professional development.
- Assist with proofreading or editing other content before publishing.
- Perform other related duties as required by the Director of Marketing and Marketing Communications Manager.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience.
- Experience marketing B2B professional services is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong graphic design skills.
- Proven track record in managing a comprehensive and coordinated approach to digital marketing and communications across platforms, including web content, social media, and email.
- An understanding of the best use practices for social media networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
- Experience with digital measurement and monitoring tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Working knowledge of SEO/SEM and ability to effectively implement SEO/SEM strategies.
- Familiarity with photography and videography for use in content social graphics and content.
- Understanding of digital media trends and social media tactics for B2B environments.
- Experience using of website content management systems and marketing CRM platforms.
- WordPress based site management knowledge a plus; proficient with HTML/CSS to support custom web page layouts.
- Experience with video production a plus.
- Excellent writing and verbal communications skills that are particularly suited to digital formats.
- Strong attention to detail, including grammar and accuracy of information.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a strategic thinker.
- Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt to frequent change and multiple priorities, and to contribute to the team’s success on a variety of projects.
- Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple projects with creativity and initiative.

This position will office out of our Dallas, TX location in a ‘Class A’ office space including a state-of-the-art gym (no cost), covered parking, food court, and more.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Some travel, and overnight travel may be required
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
- The employee must be able to concentrate on details, work under deadline pressures, apply sound logic and judgment, and prioritize tasks and responsibilities
