About You

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Communications Specialist to join our Marketing Team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence, managing our social media channels, overseeing our website, and ensuring effective internal communication. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset. Does this sound like you?


  • Branding: Working with the broader marketing team, create, develop and implement branding strategies to enhance the company’s image and reputation. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Social Media Management: Create, curate, and manage content for all social media platforms. Develop social media campaigns to increase engagement and drive traffic to our website.
  • Website Management: Oversee the maintenance and updates of the company website. Ensure the website is user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligned with the latest SEO practices.
  • Internal Communication: Develop and execute internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged. Create and distribute internal newsletters, announcements, and other communication materials.
  • Content Creation: Work with the broader marketing team to assist with the production of high-quality content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, articles, press releases, and marketing collateral.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, web and social media activities. Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and achieve marketing goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, design team, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in branding, social media management, website management, and internal communication.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
