Summary

This role is responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts by developing business strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely execution of initiatives to promote growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver sales, service, and marketing efforts in assigned territory
• Develop marketing plans and identify business opportunities through client research and relationship-building
• Execute marketing initiatives in collaboration with Direct Sales and stakeholders
• Build and maintain a network within target markets
• Adhere to Alliant’s values and maintain data integrity in the agency management system

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Valid Property & Casualty and Accident & Health licenses
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with strong analytical abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Moderate travel required (10%-35%)
