The Marketing Specialist Duties And Responsibilities May Include
- Works on the planning and implementation of projects that support the commercial strategy.
- Interacts directly with product managers to identify new marketing opportunities, prepares regular marketing activity reports and provides support to the sales organization.
- Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion.
- May identify, recommend and lead marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives.
- Assist with Product Manager’s new product development efforts from conception to market launch through full product life cycle.
- Provides pre- and post-sale marketing support to distributors, OEMs and resellers.
Responsibilities May Also Include
- Coordinating trade show activities.
- Assisting with New Hire Training and sales education.
- Provide field support for large product implementations or evaluations.
- Website and online resource development and maintenance.
- Performing market data research and identifying trends.
- Developing future e-commerce strategies, new literature & promotional material. Tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions.
- Working cross-functionally with various departments.
