We are a family owned and operated kitchen and bath remodeling company located in Rogers’ One Uptown area and seeking a part-time marketing specialist. This position will develop and execute marketing strategies specifically targeted towards potential home remodeling clients, utilizing various digital and traditional channels to generate leads, building brand awareness and ultimately drive sales. This position will collaborate with all functions of the business in a team spirit with the primary goal of fulfilling our company Brand Position Statements, Mission and Vision in line with our Code of Values.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create media content (blog posts, videos, photos, case studies) showcasing completed remodeling projects highlighting design trends and educating consumers on the remodeling process
  • Manage social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn to promote the company, share project updates and interact with potential clients
  • Maintaining and updating the website with relevant information, project galleries, customer testimonials
  • Manage SEO optimization by improving search rankings to attract nearby customers searching for remodeling services
  • Design and executing targeted email and mail marketing campaigns to nurture leads, and encourage conversions
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates to measure campaign effectiveness and to make adjustments
  • Working closely with sales ream to qualify lead, provide marketing materials and support sales process.
  • Develop marketing budget with marketing calendar with the management team
  • Developing new and exciting events to drive customers to design center
  • Benchmarking marketing best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tactics (SEO, social media advertising, etc)
  • Excellent content writing and editing skills
  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and make data driving decisions
  • Local market awareness and ability to target specific demographics
  • Internal and external customer service focus
