Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
- Collaborate on projects ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
- Create and maintain project documentation and communication.
2. Events:
- Assist in planning and coordinating events such as trade shows, conferences, and client appreciation events.
- Ensure seamless execution and follow-up to optimize event success.
3. Vendors:
- Coordinate with vendors for marketing materials and services.
4. Communications:
- Internal Communications:
- Facilitate communication between vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all team members are informed about important initiatives and updates.
- Presentations:
- Assist in creating visually appealing presentations for internal and external purposes.
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
5. Calendar Management:
- Efficiently manage project calendars, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
6. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Support collaboration between Marketing Leader and Internal Program Managers to create and manage strategies for client conversion and retention.
- Provide exceptional support to stakeholders and clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
7. Administration:
- Assist with general administrative responsibilities within the marketing function.
8. Travel:
- Be willing to travel 2 to 4 days per month for marketing events, key client events, and trade shows.
Education Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, administrative/event planning, or similar roles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and work with multiple vendors.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a consistent sense of urgency.
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Demonstrates clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
Preferences:
- Strong consideration given to candidates with a 4-year degree, preferably in Marketing, though experience may suffice.
- Familiarity or experience with programming, coding, or low/no coding platforms.
- Familiarity or experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
