Leading residential sales and marketing firm, The Corcoran Group, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to play a meaningful role in brand and agent marketing. This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager. This is an office based opportunity.

This is an in-office position at our office in New York City.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Working proactively and collaboratively every day with the Marketing Managers to nurture the Corcoran brand and grow our agents’ business
• Working with top agents on creative ideation and execution strategy of marketing programming; including construction of sales presentations, ads and collateral
• Working with the technology department and digital marketing team to ensure agents are applying the latest tools and technology from CRM and social media, to template automation tools, etc.
• Supporting agents in the customization of corporate materials and programs
• Staying abreast of current marketing tactics to serve as a constant source of support and intelligence for agents
• Manage production timelines and coordinate with key vendors – including agencies, photographers, printers

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent; may consider candidates without a degree given applicable work experience
• 2+ years Marketing/Advertising experience, ideally within a progressive creative agency or firm
• Customer service oriented by nature. Ability to handle all situations with diplomacy
• Boundless curiosity and positive can-do attitude
• Excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills; project management experience a plus
• Adept at balancing multiple priorities and deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, collaborative, self-motivated and fast-paced environment
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites a plus (specifically InDesign, Illustrator Photoshop)
