Objective: The Marketing Ops Specialist position develops quarterly promotional plans and accompanying materials in accordance with the approved marketing strategy as dictated by the department leadership and executive team.


Essential Functions

  • Collaborate with marketing departmental stakeholders, including sales and distribution, product marketing, brand marketing, graphic design, content strategists, and videography, in the creative development process.
  • Operate as the point of contact for internal stakeholders to understand goals/needs/key performance indicators and recommend optimizations based on performance and industry trends.
  • Maintain streamlined 2-way communication with external stakeholders and escalate to appropriate parties.
  • Deploy and manage omnichannel marketing campaigns involving multiple brands and content calendars, including digital and traditional tactics, to increase brand awareness and drive conversions, including email content, SMS strategies, website content and layout, sales assets, etc.
  • Coordinate distribution communication through corporate platforms, email, and text campaigns.
  • Manage the creation and deployment of event marketing strategies in support of distribution efforts.
  • Collaborate with distribution training teams, providing communications and promotions as needed.
  • Participate on and/or lead cross-functional teams for marketing and enterprise projects, as assigned.
  • Act as the first level support in the copywriting review process, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
  • Provide marketing support for events across various distribution channels.

Required Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Combination of experience and education
  • 4+ years of product marketing experience
  • 2+ years of experience with marketing & CRM tools
  • Experience in content management, creative writing, and digital marketing.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through with cross-functional internal teams and external organizations.
  • Understanding of methods, principles, and practices of marketing, advertising, and branding.
  • Experience in content management systems (WordPress), event management systems (CVENT), and email and marketing automation platforms is a plus (Hubspot, Mailchimp, Twilio).
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
