About The Role

The Marketing & Community Coordinator for RE/MAX Golf Lifestyles plays a pivotal role in supporting the brand’s growth and engagement initiatives. This position involves executing targeted marketing campaigns, managing communications, and fostering a vibrant community of Golf Certified Specialists within the RE/MAX network. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the brand, lifestyles, and growth marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and member engagement on a global scale. Responsibilities include managing social media platforms, organizing events and webinars, producing data-driven reports, and supporting the rollout of new branding initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for marketing, golf, and real estate to contribute to a distinguished brand and help shape its future trajectory.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience or strong interest in the professional golf industry
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, social media management, and content distribution tools
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and analytics, or eager to develop these skills
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative and community-focused mindset

Responsibilities

  • Execute email marketing campaigns to support brand growth, agent engagement, and program awareness
  • Manage communications with RGL members, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Implement brand strategy rollout across internal and external audiences, aligning with the broader RE/MAX brand
  • Assist in managing the RE/MAX Golf Lifestyles Facebook group and other social media channels
  • Promote brand initiatives, events, and certification programs through consistent messaging
  • Create and distribute best-practice materials and resources for RGL members
  • Build, nurture, and support a community of Golf Certified Specialists within the RE/MAX network
  • Handle logistics related to logo delivery, usage guidelines, and ongoing brand maintenance
  • Organize and promote events and webinars, managing attendee communications and logistics
  • Produce and analyze data reports to track engagement, performance, and program success
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop insights from data and recommend strategic improvements
