Blue Roc Premier
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for ensuring that Assistant Community Directors and Leasing Consultants are effectively trained and motivated in compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. This includes training on all aspects of the leasing process, such as qualifying prospects, answering the telephone, scheduling appointments, conducting property tours, and completing lease agreements.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on assisting with marketing initiatives and conducting outreach to local businesses on a weekly basis, ensuring that all activities adhere to ADA standards.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new hires on leasing and marketing procedures, ensuring accessibility for all individuals with disabilities.
- Provide ongoing training and support to existing staff members who require refresher courses, accommodating any accessibility needs they may have.
- Act as the main point of contact for all leasing and marketing inquiries from employees and external vendors, ensuring that communication channels are accessible and inclusive.
- Collaborate with Senior Management and Owners to fulfill any additional duties as assigned, ensuring that tasks are performed in accordance with ADA guidelines.
- Responsible for having a thorough knowledge of Blue Roc Premier policies and Property Community Policies.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, And TRAINING
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two year college and technical school preferred.
