Cyclotron is seeking a creative, organized, and data-driven digital marketer to manage our digital campaigns and keep our websites engaging and optimized. The ideal candidate should have a command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, email marketing, and SEO.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including LinkedIn and additional channels that may be relevant in the future.
- Coordinate with the marketing manager to run regular marketing promotions and campaigns on LinkedIn and via email and monitor their success.
- Use email best practices to grow healthy opted-in email lists organically (not through bought or rented lists).
- Conduct research on relevant industry topics and keywords
- Manage on-page and off-page SEO for the company, maintain website content, and collaborate with technical SMEs and content creators to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Develop documentation and roadmaps for processes and promotions that succeed
- Work with web developers, contractors, or outside vendors to supplement the work as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a digital marketing specialist or similar role
- Kowledge of email marketing best practices and compliance with data privacy and marketing regulations for the US, Canada, and UK.
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO, social media, etc.) and market research methods
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (HubSpot and Dynamics), CMS (WordPress & Wix), and marketing applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
