Accretive has an exciting career opportunity for a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will play an integral role in supporting marketing efforts for multiple brands that will promote the long-term growth of Accretive. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign execution, and supporting the development of marketing collateral.

This can be either a remote or hybrid opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and organize email templates in marketing email system.
• Build and execute email campaigns to support lead generation goals.
• Create content for social media channels.
• Build flyers, presentations, and digital assets based on established brand guidelines.
• Assist in copywriting for blogs, press releases, websites, and newsletters.
• Maintain Digital Asset Management system for Accretive and associated brands.
• All other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

• 3-5 years of marketing experience preferred.
• Associate’s Degree in communications or marketing (or related field of study) preferred.
• Experience using email marketing platforms such as ContactMonkey and Hubspot preferred.
• Experience Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and basic Excel in a PC based environment required.
• Basic understanding of Canva preferred.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must have ability to fully integrate into a team setting, yet also be able to work independently.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines and flexibility in schedule in order to meet hard deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Compensation:

The target salary range for this position is $55,000.00 to $72,000.00 (US Dollar) annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. Hybrid work environment flexibility.
