WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE

We have the following openings in support of Hallmark’s CX Marketing Team:

The Hallmark Gold Crown Local Marketing Specialist assists in planning and execution for Gold Crown local store and corporate store group marketing and serves as point of contact for retail and rep inquiries.

This Position Supports:

  • Tactical planning and development of Gold Crown local store marketing programs including but not limited to marketing tool kits, greeting card programs (via Hallmark Business Connections), postcard programs, email marketing, digital asset bank, promotions, marketing events, and sales associate contests.
  • The execution of Gold Crown corporate store group marketing, including but not limited to email marketing, social media, promotions, direct mail, offer on receipts, and event marketing to drive positive ROI programs within budget.
  • Relationship management for production projects with vendors, agencies, and internal partners in support of tactic execution.
  • Working closely with the retail operations team for local store marketing communication and training.
  • Serving as marketing liaison to LMS and CSG retailers for inquiry and/or issue resolution.
  • Analysis of local marketing performance results and supports Associate Marketing Manager in determining key actions based on data.

The Membership & Benefits Marketing Specialist will assist in bringing a new, multi-faceted membership program to life for the Hallmark brand.

This Position Supports:

  • Planning and execution of membership program benefits.
  • Partnership with Creative teams, Marketing Operations, Retail Operations, Merchants and other cross-functional groups to ensure flawless execution of benefits, associated consumer-facing marketing materials and ongoing communications planning across the organization.
  • Planning and ongoing performance reporting of quarterly retail sales associate contests.
  • Analysis of benefit performance and support Marketing Manager in determining key actions based on data.
  • Content planning and synergy partnership activations for value-add benefits, exclusive experiences, and events.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years professional work experience.
  • Experience with building and executing against consumer segment-based strategies and tactics.
  • At least 6 months experience in a marketing role.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Passion and intellectual curiosity for consumer marketing.
  • At least 1 year of marketing-related experience.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects at once; ability to stay focused, meet deadlines and follow through.
  • Strong attention to detail and able to maintain a high level of accuracy while working under pressure and deadlines.
  • Possess a high degree of creativity to find new, compelling ways to reach and communicate with consumers.
  • Ability to interact and communicate professionally with management at different levels, internal and external audiences, and the ultimate Hallmark consumer.
  • Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and influence internal partners across a matrixed organization.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

  • This position is hybrid, working onsite at headquarters in Kansas City, MO once a week and as needed for events and meetings.
