Pivot Health, a Healthcare.com company, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team. At Pivot Health, we work with partners across the healthcare and insurance industries to craft products for people who don’t fit in a box. Through our network of agents and our direct-to-consumer website, we sell specialized individual health insurance plans and other products for people who are not a good fit for traditional employer-sponsored group plans or government-sponsored plans.

 

Job Description:

 

Innovative multi-channel marketing specialist. The position will oversee all aspects of email, text messaging, and social marketing campaigns for agent recruitment. Market research and collaboration with co-workers across departments are required to ensure maximum conversion. Candidates will be required to create accessible, engaging, and memorable emails, text messages, and social posts.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to better comprehend an agent’s product needs.
  • Conceptualize marketing campaigns that speak directly to the pain points for existing and prospective agents and agency principals.
  • Ability to create well-written copy that is free from mistakes.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to improve the appearance and layout of communications.
  • Maintain a database of agents who have opted to receive our correspondence.
  • Distribute emails and text messages through the use of automation software.
  • Create landing pages to drive traffic for recruitment.
  • Create a strategy for email journeys based on website interactions and implementation.
  • Express specific data needs to engineers helping to support marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and report on the results of each campaign.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in marketing, advertising, communications or similar.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience creating high-impact, data-driven, unique marketing campaigns in the insurance recruitment field is strongly preferred but not required.
  • Prior database management experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with pertinent automation and performance evaluation software.
  • BlueShift and Salesforce platform knowledge is preferred.
  • Outstanding copywriting and editing abilities.
